Pricing is proposal-based, scoped to selected suites, custom configuration, implementation scope, organization size, workflow complexity, and support needs. There is no public checkout — every engagement is shaped during Solution Design.

HavenOPS organizes its capabilities into four Operational Capability Suites — Workforce Development, Compliance & Quality, Workforce Operations, and Executive Operations. Recommended suites deliver stronger outcomes because companion capabilities reinforce each other. Organizations may start with one suite, combine suites, request custom workflow design, or defer capabilities for later — without re-platforming.

Pricing is proposal-based — no list prices, no public checkout. Final pricing is scoped to selected suites, custom configuration, implementation scope, organization size, workflow complexity, and support needs. Implementation/setup is a separate activation investment that may be paid upfront or, when approved, bundled into the initial subscription term. Professional services (including Learning Studio production work) may be scoped separately.

Pricing is customized to the complexity of your organization. Five inputs shape every commercial proposal — no list price could fairly capture a single-site operator and a multi-state network on the same line item.

Every engagement follows a structured Service Activation path — from environment configuration through Operational Readiness sign-off. Three implementation tiers align to the scope of your rollout.

One-time implementation & platform build-out fee

HavenOPS subscriptions may include a one-time implementation and platform build-out fee scoped to your engagement. The fee is shaped by selected modules, facility count, document migration, training setup, workflow configuration, integrations, and overall service intensity. Final scope, deliverables, and cost are confirmed in your formal proposal after discovery.

Guided Implementation
Foundation customers

Self-directed activation with HavenOPS playbooks, checklists, and scheduled office hours. Operational Readiness sign-off in weeks, not quarters.

Assisted Implementation
Operational customers

A named implementation lead co-leads configuration across HR, compliance, training, and service activation workflows. Includes data migration support.

Billing & payment

Recurring billing later
Automated subscription billing is enabled in a future release. Your initial engagement does not depend on it and existing commercial terms remain unaffected.

How are seats counted?

By active users in a given month — staff, leadership, HR, compliance, and executives who actively sign in. Read-only board observers and auditors are included where applicable.

What does Service Activation include?

Environment configuration, role and facility setup, data migration, workflow tuning, training rollout, and Operational Readiness sign-off. Scope and timeline scale with your implementation tier.

How is the initial payment collected?

Your initial HavenOPS payment is invoiced manually after onboarding, proposal acceptance, legal approvals, and activation readiness review. Payment is collected outside the platform; once HavenOPS confirms receipt, Service Activation is approved and Production Launch proceeds. Can we start small and grow into a higher plan?

Yes. Multi-facility organizations commonly begin at Operational and move to Command as regional footprint and board reporting cadences formalize.

Do you offer a BAA?

Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is available on every plan for organizations operating under HIPAA.

What about custom integrations or SSO?

Custom integrations, SSO/SAML, dedicated environments, advanced compliance, and custom SLAs are part of Enterprise and are scoped during the sales conversation.
